Hotel Gloria Budapest City Center

I stayed for three nights as a solo traveler to explore the nearby attractions. The room was spacious and met all my needs, with a comfortable bed. Getting to the nearest metro station required a bit of a walk, and the area felt a little lonely at night. The breakfast was decent but didn't offer much variety, although I did appreciate the cleanliness of both the room and the quiet street.

This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has immaculate rooms and serves varied breakfast. They serve nice food, have variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast is very good, there is normal milk, soy milk and lactose milk for people who are dependent on it very nice. The bus and metro stations are only a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel is very easy to hear, one hears a lot either from outside or from inside.

Where to begin? The lack of air conditioning left my room a furnace, unbearable. Then there was the shower, leaking all over the floor. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade as compensation, but it seems those who deserve the red-carpet treatment don't receive it here. I almost thought to leave a nice review, but just couldn't.

The location was really ideal this time.

A little far away from the next bus stop and it was rather standard furnished, not really modern.

The furniture was outdated and the soundproofing was poor. I could hear noise from the corridor, disruptive. The breakfast options were limited, and it felt more like an afterthought than a feature of the stay.

Very nice and courteous receptionists. Bus and train within easy reach.

Unfortunately the bathroom door could not be closed properly

The bed was terrible, the room dusty, the tv did not work and gave sparks..., the e-mail concerning the airportshuttle was not read properly, hence i had to order a (much more expensive) taxi.

Exploring the local food scene was a delight! The Asian dishes around Royal Campus and Ngon Street Food are an absolute must-try-bold flavors that transport you! I loved the chill vibe of the area and the super helpful receptionist made getting around easier.

With limited TV channels, the room felt a bit sparse for a long stay, but it was perfect for our one night.

Great location, easy to find, has private parking, quite neighborhood, bountifully breakfast, comfortable room...

Everything was perfect, i've nice time there.

Good breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. Simple equipment. Good for a city tour.
